# The Standing Civilian Courts Order 1997, Article 55: Adjournment of case where court ceases to be properly constituted


Where the court ceases to be properly constituted, the proceedings shall be adjourned and there shall be sent to the court administration officer the charge sheet and the note of proceedings.
