  "text": "(1) A charge sheet shall state—\n(a) the name and date of birth of the accused;\n(b) particulars of how the accused is triable by a Standing Civilian Court; and\n(c) any charge preferred against the accused.\n(2) A charge sheet shall be signed and dated by the prosecutor.",
