# The Standing Civilian Courts Order 1997, Article 81: Announcement of sentence and conclusion of trial


(1) The sentence and the reasons for it shall be announced in open court, and the date on which it is announced shall be recorded.
(2) The magistrate shall announce when the trial is concluded.
