# The State Awards (Amendment) Regulations 1987, Regulation 3


At the end of regulation 10(1) of the principal regulations there shall be added the following words—
“save that no payment shall be made towards the expenditure described in sub-paragraph (b), (c) or (d) above if the holder is or would be a person who is eligible for a state award by virtue only of paragraph 2(1)(e) of Schedule 2.”
