Regulation 5
There shall be added after paragraph 2(1)(d) of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations—
“or (e) he is a national of a member state of the European Community not being such a person as is mentioned in sub-paragraph (c) or (d) above.”.
There shall be added after paragraph 2(1)(d) of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations—
“or (e) he is a national of a member state of the European Community not being such a person as is mentioned in sub-paragraph (c) or (d) above.”.
