Regulation 8 Qualifications for state awards

(1)

Candidates for state awards (other than state bursaries for adult education) shall satisfy the Secretary of State as to their educational qualifications.

(2)

The Secretary of State may require the submission of such evidence of the fitness of candidates for state awards as he may think requisite.
