  "text": "This Order brings into operation the State Immunity Act 1978 which restricts the immunity which Sovereign States can claim from the jurisdiction of civil courts and tribunals in the United Kingdom and regulates the personal immunities of Heads of State by equating them to those conferred on an Ambassador.",
