In section 19:—

(i)

in subsection (1), for the words “United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “approriate Government”; and

(ii)

in subsection (3), for the words “United Kingdom”, in the first two places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “appropriate Government”.
