  "text": "In section 23:—\n(i) subsections (2), (5), (6) and (7) shall be omitted; and\n(ii) the references in subsections (3) and (4) to the coming into force of this Act shall be construed as references to the date of the coming into operation of the State Immunity (Guernsey) Order 1980.",
