# The State Pension (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the State Pension (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 6th April 2016 immediately after the coming into force of —
(a) the State Pension Regulations 2015; and
(b) the State Pension and Occupational Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2016.
