# The State Pension Credit Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of section 14 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 in so far as it relates to paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to that Act is 27th January 2003 for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations.
