# The State Pension Credit Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2003, Article 2: Appointed day


The day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a) section 11 (in so far as it is not already in force) in relation to paragraphs 1 to 7, 10 and 12 of Schedule 1; and
(b) section 21 and Schedule 3 to the extent that they repeal the provisions specified in the Schedule to this Order,
is 7th April 2003.
