# State Pension Credit Act 2002, Paragraph 13: Provisions relating to age, death or marriage


In section 124(1) (regulations as to furnishing of information from registers of births, marriages and deaths) after “Jobseekers Act 1995;” insert—
“(ab) of the provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002;”.
