  "text": "(1) Section 150 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) (sums which are to be reviewed by the Secretary of State) after paragraph (k) insert—\n“(l) specified in regulations under section 2 or 3 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002;”.\n(3) In subsection (7) (provision which may be added to draft up-rating order) after “the Jobseekers Act 1995” insert “ or the State Pension Credit Act 2002 ”.",
