In section 170(5) (interpretation)—

(a)

in the definition of “the relevant enactments”, after paragraph (ag) insert—

“(ah)
the provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002;”,

and

(b)

in the definition of “the relevant Northern Ireland enactments”, after paragraph (ag) insert—

“(ah)
any provisions in Northern Ireland which correspond to provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002; and”.
