In section 24 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (c. 53) (recovery of fines by deduction from income support and jobseeker’s allowance)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for “or a jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “ , a jobseeker’s allowance or state pension credit ”, and

(b)

in subsection (2)(d) for “or a jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “ , a jobseeker’s allowance or state pension credit ”.
