  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints 3rd September 2002 as the day for the coming into force of section 18 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002. Section 18 amends the Pension Schemes Act 1993 to provide for equal treatment for widows and widowers in connection with the treatment of their guaranteed minimum pensions.\nThis Order does not impose any costs on business.",
