# The State Pension Credit Regulations 2002, Paragraph 23C


Any payments made ...—
(a) by virtue of regulations made under section 57 (direct payments) of the Health and Social Care Act 2001;
(b) as a direct payment as defined in section 4(2) of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013; ...
(c) by virtue of regulations made under sections 12A to 12C (direct payments for health care) of the National Health Service Act 2006; ...
(d) under sections 31 to 33 of the Care Act 2014(direct payments); or
(e) by virtue of regulations made under section 50 or 52 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (direct payments).
