Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 10 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 10 of the principal Regulations (market level indicators)—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a)(ii) for the words “the 25-year index number” there shall be substituted the words “the 20-year index number”.

(b)

in paragraph (3) for the words “25-year index numbers” there shall be substituted the words “20-year index numbers”.
