  "text": "For the purposes of section 16(3) of the 1986 Act, the prescribed classes of investments are those fixed-interest stocks by reference to which the 15-year gross redemption yield and the 25-year gross redemption yield are calculated, and those equities by reference to which the gross dividend yield is calculated.",
