# The State Scheme Premiums (Actuarial Tables) Regulations 1987, Regulation 4: Transfer premiums


For the purpose of calculating the amount of a transfer premium, the Secretary of State shall apply, in a case such as is described in regulation 3(2) or (3) of these regulations, the actuarial tables in Schedule 1, and in any other case, the actuarial tables in Schedule 2.
