# Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, Paragraph 16


In section 989 of the Income Tax Act 2007 (definitions), in the definition of “retail prices index”—
(a) in paragraph (a), for “Office for National Statistics” substitute “ Statistics Board ”;
(b) in paragraph (b), for “that Office” substitute “ the Board ”.
