# Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007, Paragraph 8


In section 3 of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993, in subsection (6), in the definition of “retail prices index”—
(a) in paragraph (a), for “Office for National Statistics” substitute “ Statistics Board ”;
(b) in paragraph (b), for “that Office” substitute “ the Board ”.
