In section 6—
(a)in subsection (1), the proviso;
(b)in subsection (3), the words from “and shall” to the end;
(c)subsection (4).
Section 7.
In section 13(2)(f), the words from “so, however” to the end.
In section 15(1), the words from “or, if there is no successor,” to the end.
