  "heading": "Report to Parliament.",
  "text": "As soon as practicable after any census under this Act is complete the Board of Trade shall present to Parliament a report of their proceedings in connection with the taking of the census, and a summary of the statistics obtained including, if the Board think fit, any statistics obtained by the Board or other competent authority otherwise than by means of a census under this Act, or statistics obtained by a department of the Government of Northern Ireland and communicated by that department to the Board for the purposes of this section; and the summary shall contain separate statements relating to Scotland and Wales.",
