In section 7 of the 1893 c. 44.Sheriff Courts Consignations (Scotland) Act 1893, for the words from " in each succeeding year " to " shall be made " there shall be substituted " in each year the sheriff clerk shall lodge with the Secretary of State a detailed return of unclaimed consignations "
