# Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1989, Paragraph 11


In section 7(1) of the Building Restrictions (War-Time Contraventions) Act 1946, for the definition of “war period”, there shall be substituted—
““war period” means the period extending from the 3rd September 1939 to the 26th March 1946.”
