# Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1993, Paragraph 12


In section 2 of the Trafalgar Square Act 1844 (care and management of Trafalgar Square), for the words from “the Commissioners for the time being” to “required”, substitute “ the Secretary of State; and the Secretary of State is hereby required, ”.
