# Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1993, Paragraph 24


(1) In section 143(7) of the Public Health Act 1936 (regulations for the prevention and treatment of infectious disease, &c. to be laid before Parliament) after the word “Parliament” insert “ and shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament. ”
(2) This paragraph extends only to Northern Ireland.
