# Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1993, Paragraph 25


In section 343(1) of the Public Health Act 1936 (interpretation), in the definition of “factory”, for the words “Factory and Workshop Acts 1901 to 1929” substitute “ Factories Act 1961 ”.
