# Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1995, Paragraph 3


The repeal by this Act of the Aden, Perim and Kuria Muria Islands Act 1967 shall not affect the continued operation of—
(a) section 4 of that Act (Aden Widows’ and Orphans’ Pension Fund), and
(b) any regulations under that section,
in accordance with section 2(3) of the Overseas Pensions Act 1973 (certain repealed provisions to have effect as schemes under section 2 of that Act).
