# Statute Law (Repeals) Act 2004, Paragraph 12


In section 3 of the Industry Act 1981 (public dividend capital of the Welsh Development Agency), for subsection (1) substitute—
“(1) The public dividend capital of the Welsh Development Agency is hereby reduced by £2.9 million.”.
