# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 9: Transitional and saving provisions


The amendments made by regulation 7 to the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2007 do not apply in relation to—
(a) audits of accounts for periods beginning on or before 1st July 2010; and
(b) any application for registration delivered to the designated body before 1st September 2011.
