# The Statutory Auditors Regulations 2017, Regulation 13: Amendments to the Companies (Revision of Defective Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008


In regulation 19 (modifications of the 2006 Act)—
(a) in paragraph (1), after both the second and third occurrences of “(as the case may be)”, insert “strategic report, ”;
(b) omit paragraph (2).
