Regulation 19 Revocations, repeals and saving

The enactments listed in the table in Schedule 4 (revocations and repeals) are revoked or repealed to the extent specified.

Other than in relation to entries 1 to 4 in the table^f1, the revocations and repeals have effect in relation to financial years of qualifying banks beginning on or after 30th November 2018.

In this regulation—

• “financial year” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the Bank Accounts Directive (Miscellaneous Banks) Regulations 2008^f2;

• “qualifying bank” has the meaning given by regulations 2(1) and 3 of those Regulations.
