STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS
Made 4th April 1977
Laid before Parliament 6th April 1977
Coming into Operation 27th April 1977
The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the concurrence of the Lord Chancellor and the Speaker of the House of Commons, hereby makes the following Regulations—
