  "text": "These Regulations amend Regulation 10 of the Statutory Instruments Regulations 1947 (which provides for the preparation of the annual edition of Statutory Instruments) by deleting a provision, inserted in 1972, that Orders in Council under section 1(3) of the Northern Ireland (Temporary Provisions) Act 1972 need not be included in the annual edition. As that section expired on 1st January 1974 the provision is now spent.",
