  "text": "The Statutory Instruments Regulations 1947, as amended, are hereby further amended by revoking the proviso to Regulation 10(1)(a) and substituting therefor the following proviso—\n“ Provided that copies of—\n(i) instruments which have ceased to be in operation at the time of the completion of the annual edition, and\n(ii) local instruments,\nmay be omitted; ”",
