Laid before Parliament 9th December 1982
Coming into Operation 30th December 1982
The Minister for the Civil Service, with the concurrence of the Lord Chancellor and the Speaker of the House of Commons, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946 and now vested in her, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
