  "text": "The Statutory Instruments Regulations 1947 are further amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto a new Schedule as follows—“\n“THE SCHEDULE\nDOCUMENTS EXCLUDED FROM SECTION 1(2) OF THE STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS ACT 1946\nReg. 2(3)(c)\nA document made under any of the following enactments:\n1 The Naval and Marine Pay and Pensions Act 1865 (c. 73).\n2 The Pensions and Yeomanry Pay Act 1884 (c. 55) section 2(3).\n3 The Air Force (Constitution) Act 1917 (c. 51) section 2(3).”.",
