  "text": "STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS\nMade 19th December 1947\nLaid before Parliament 7th November 1947\nComing into Operation 1st January 1948\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December, 1947\nPresent,\nThe King's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHis Majesty, in pursuance of subsection (1) of section nine of the Statutory Instruments Act, 1946, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
