## Introductory text

This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1990/2276 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Made 7th December 1990
Laid before Parliament 11th December 1990
Coming into force 1st January 1991
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 3 to the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—

## 1 

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

## 2 

Regulation 2 of the Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) Regulations 1990is amended in paragraph (2)(a) by substituting for the words “section 80(3)” the words “section 80”.
