# The Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 2


Regulation 2 of the Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) Regulations 1990is amended in paragraph (2)(a) by substituting for the words “section 80(3)” the words “section 80”.
