Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

(2)

In these Regulations—

  • “the 1974 Act” means the Control of Pollution Act 1974: and

  • “the 1990 Act” means the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
