# The Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) Regulations 1990, Regulation 4: Revocations


(1) Regulation 4 of the Control of Noise (Appeals) Regulations 1975 is hereby revoked.
(2) In regulation 10(1) of those Regulations the word “58,” shall be omitted.
