# The Statutory Nuisances (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Wales) Order 2007, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of this Order is the Statutory Nuisances (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Wales) Order 2007.
(2) Article 3 of this Order comes into force on 30 January 2007.
(3) Article 2 of, and the Schedule to, this Order come into force on 31 January 2007.
(4) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
