Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 80(8B) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and section 108(1)(b), (2) and (5) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005:
