# The Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) (Substitution) Order 1949, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) (Substitution) Order, 1949, and shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1950.
(2) The Interpretation Act, 1889, shall apply to the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
