Coming into force 6th April 2020
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 8, 10 and 51(1) of the Employment Act 2002 and sections 8(1)(f) and (ga) and 25(3) and (6) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 with the concurrence of the Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
