# The Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (Administration) Regulations 2020, Regulation 12: Decision on any issue arising as to, or in connection with, entitlement to statutory parental bereavement pay


Any issue arising as to, or in connection with, entitlement to statutory parental bereavement pay may be decided by an officer of Revenue and Customs—
(a) on their own initiative, or
(b) on the basis of an application submitted by the employee concerned.
